Logically no engineer would design a 2000+ kg, 1980’s 4.2 litre diesel, PTO equipped, LWB high roof station wagon with a piss ant size 65L fuel tank – Even in Japan this would be inadequate, as a 65l tank would really only give a useful capacity of 60L or around 400Kms at 15L per 100km.
