The Sworn Sword is the second in George R. R. Martin's Tales of Dunk & Egg, following the story of the hedge knight Duncan the Tall and his squire Egg, a year and a half after the events of The Hedge Knight. It was first published in the Legends II anthology series, a collection of short stories by authors such as Tad Williams, Orson Scott Card, and Neil Gaiman.
Nobody will though, because the prose would be too distracting and it would ruin the experience. Maybe someone will, or has, put together a book with that viewpoint/tense, but it'll never appeal to an audience beyond a small group of mostly english students who say they love it because it pushes boundries, despite the fact that most of them won't even have read it to the end.
But the story's original creator, the author George R.R. Martin, pushed for up to 10 seasons and 100 total episodes, according to a new book. New accounts of Martin's wishes can be found in a book titled "Tinderbox: HBO's Ruthless Pursuit of New Frontiers" by the journalist James Andrew Miller. Miller, who conducted 757 interviews for the book

Some authors try, and fail miserably. Some capture and recreate perfectly, but the author’s scope is minimal. For Martin though, in scope, creativity, and writing ability, A Song of Ice and Fire is everything you want in an epic fantasy tale. The first book, ‘A Game of Thrones,’ was first released in 1996, and since then another three
Catelyn and Brienne and Sansa and Arya and many others in the series are some of the most well-rounded characters in fantasy. It wasn't until pretty recently that I started to see a lot of people criticizing GRRM for certain ways he portrays women in the books.
But, if you prefer to read the books in the order that they were released, then read on to find out how to, Game of Thrones fans. 1. A Game of Thrones (1996) 2. A Clash of Kings (1999) 3. A Storm

To me this shows a certain limitation in the writing skills of G.R.R.M. I would rate his imagination a 10 out of 10. But as a writer, I don't think he's quite good enough to realize what his imagination has spun out. To be fair, perhaps no one could. Maybe the real problem is his imagination is TOO good.
